These guys are absolutely phenomenal! I'm the head of maintenance at a nonprofit organization that provides services to the developmentally delayed. The companies that we use to go to unfortunately have not been doing quality work. I called Magers Repair and they came quick! We have used them several times now and we have been more than satisfied! Magers Repair is my first and only call I need to make, because they are going to show up when they say they are! When it comes to pricing they are affordable! The first two times they under bid the other companies and had a shorter lead time. They are trustworthy and provide quality work! I have stopped getting second bids, because they are trustworthy.... And to be totally honest even if I could get it cheaper (which I can't) but eventually if I could I would still go with Magers! AGAIN, THEY ARE VERY AFFORDABLE.... But if they did charge more I would still choose them due to them being dependable, fast, trustworthy, and have great communication! The first time I called it was a central air issue. Some of our residents HAVE TO HAVE a/c, Magers worked overtime and came the same day! They had it fixed with in a hour! They didn't charge an emergency call fee. The other places that we use to go through would have charged, but they also would not have came the same day! The second time I called was for a different unit and it was decided we needed a new system! Again they was cheaper and faster than the other companies. Infact they had came and quoted a price before the other company even showed up 4 days later! Since then they have worked on several of our systems, both commercial and residential! We have them coming back soon to install another new system! We have 8 large roof top units and 5 residential units, they have been more than knowledgeable! I have recommended them to several people and all of them has been more than satisfied! They are also great with working around our people supported and staff. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT MAGERS REPAIR! THEY ARE MY FIRST AND ONLY CALL! I am so thankful to have them to call! After getting poor customer service, low quality work, long waits for service, and being flat out lied to by the local contract dealing with Magers Repair was a refreshing change! Thanks Again Ben!
